Church is more than just a building or a service: it’s about people. We aim to be an open, understandable church – to Christians, seekers, non-believers, and even people of other beliefs. English translation is provided for our services, and most of our members are fluent in English. Experience Metro – a different kind of church.
Communities
Unlike many traditional churches, we have decided to focus on communities: smaller groups of 10-15 people knowing each other thoroughly, sharing life together, and helping each other through their ups and downs. Through communities, we develop the experience of family within the church.
Communities meet at our offices at Polska 29 throughout the week in the afternoons. Tuesday community is part of the Metro Union student services. For more info about communities please contact us on Instagram or Messenger or ask us in person during one of the Sunday meetings.
Union
Metro Union is more than just student meetings—it’s a family where one can belong, develop their gifts, and serve others. We encourage one another in developing our relationship with God, and are also open to anyone willing to know more about God, Jesus or the Bible.
Union meets every Tuesday evening, alternating between larger seminars and smaller communities every other week. Larger seminars take place at the Baptist Church at Trida Svornosti 2a, samller communities meet at multiple places. All events start at 7PM. Sunday Meetings
Our Sunday meetings are contemporary, understandable services that include worship songs, teaching, refreshments, and an opportunity to catch up with friends. A childrens’ program and translation to English are available.
Sunday meetings take place every other week at the Baptist Church at Trida Svornosti 2a. You can come a bit earlier and grab a cup of coffee and say hi to friends from 3:45 PM, the main session starts at 4PM and lasts usually a little over an hour.
